Most contractors don't have qualified in-house dump truck operators on standby. Wet hire bundles the operator with the truck, removes the operator-recruitment and GOSI overhead, and lets you scale up or down without HR friction. For project-spec contracts (Aramco, industrial city authority, NEOM), only credentialed drivers can do the work — wet hire is the only practical option.

All operators carry current Saudi heavy-vehicle license (mandatory baseline). For specific classes: ADT operators have manufacturer-specific ADT certification. Rigid off-highway operators have manufacturer (European brand, Asian brand) operator certification. Mountain-driving operators (NEOM development zones, Asir region) have additional elevation-specific certification.

For Aramco contracts: Aramco contractor safety pass (25 currently-active in our pool). For H2S-exposure zones: additional Aramco H2S awareness certification. For industrial city authority contracts: current RC contractor pass. For NEOM contracts: NEOM Security Services pre-clearance. For haram-zones in Mecca/Medina: cleared driver pool with statutory Muslim status.

We are — the operator is our employee, so GOSI, employment insurance, and end-of-service entitlements are our responsibility. The wet-hire daily rate covers these costs.

Yes — for ongoing contracts (weekly+), same-operator continuity is the default. We assign a dedicated operator for the contract duration with backup coverage for sick days, leave, and rotation cycles. For mega-project contracts, the operator stays on the same project across multiple contract renewals where the client requests it.
