All dump truck rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement. By confirming a rental, you agree to these terms and conditions. The rental period begins at truck delivery and ends at collection.
Payment is due before equipment delivery for daily and weekly rentals. For monthly and contract rentals, payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. We accept cash, bank transfer, STC Pay, Apple Pay, and Mada card.
For self-operated rentals, the client is responsible for providing a licensed Saudi heavy vehicle operator. For with-driver rentals, the driver is subject to standard Saudi labour regulations.
All equipment complies with Saudi Standards Organization (SASO) and Ministry of Transport regulations. Clients are responsible for obtaining any site-specific access permits required at their project location.
The client is liable for damage to the truck during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear. Basic insurance is included in all rentals. Additional insurance coverage is available upon request.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Saudi courts.
